Fastenal Named Presenting Sponsor of 2023 MLR Championship Series

DALLAS (May 14, 2023) — Major League Rugby (MLR) today announced Fastenal, the Minnesota-based company specializing in industrial supply chain solutions, as the presenting partner of the 2023 Championship Series.

The Championship Series is the culmination of the 2023 MLR Season and includes five matches:

Eliminator Round

– Saturday, June 24th at 6pm EST on FS2

– Sunday, June 25th at 6pm EST on FS2

Conference Finals

– Saturday, July 1st at 6pm EST on FS2

– Sunday, July 2nd at 6pm EST on FS2

Championship Game

– Saturday, July 8th at 3pm EST on FOX

The first of its kind partnership for MLR will see Fastenal branding present on match balls, team jerseys, and signage featured across the Championship Series. Fastenal will also be the presenting sponsor of the S. Marcus Calloway Award, which is presented to the MLR player who has gone above and beyond to help their community, on and off the field. The winner will be announced on July 8^th at the Championship game at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview IL, where in addition to the match there will be a Chicago inspired fan festival and DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal) and the Dropkick Murphys will be the featured musical acts.
